We are pleased to offer this luggage delivery service from your home to your Swiss hotel and return. This makes travelling a pleasure, as you can relax and not have to worry about carrying your suitcases during your journey.

In certain circumstances we can combine this luggage delivery service with Swiss Railways Flight Luggage for you. Please ask for details as this information is subject to change.

Outward travel Your luggage will be collected from your home 7 working days before your holiday departure. You will be sent a confirmation and - closer to the time - labels, instructions and confirmation of the six hour window for pick up. The luggage will be transported to Switzerland and will be delivered to your hotel pending your arrival.

Return travel

Simply leave your cases at the hotel and they will be returned to your home address within 7 working days. You will receive a call from the courier company once they have confirmation of the date of delivery.

Please note, you may wish to place a small bag in the aeroplane hold if you have liquid medicines, perfume, aerosols etc. which cannot be transported in your main luggage and cannot be taken on board in your hand luggage. 

Return travel

Simply leave your cases at the hotel and they will be returned to your home address within 7 working days. You will receive a call from the courier company once they have confirmation of the date of delivery.
